Shipping Terms

• Most items are delivered within 3-5 business days of the date order placed.
• Orders placed before 2:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, or 1:30 PM Friday generally ship the same day.
• Orders received after 2:30 PM M-Th or 1:30 PM Friday will ship the following business day.
• Some products may ship from different warehouses.

Signature Required Policy

• Media Mega Mall provdes a checkbox during the checkout process to request that no signature is required for delivery.
• If this box is not checked, a signature will be required and cannot be waived once the order has shipped from our warehouse.
• Any order that requires a signature and is returned to Media Mega Mall due to an inability to sign for delivery, will only be eligable for a refund amount which equals the total order amount less the amount charged for shipping and handling.
• Items may be reshipped by request and agreement to an additional shipping charge.

Canada Shipments

Please make note that Media Mega Mall not responsible for additional import and brokerage fees that are applied to shipments sent to Canada. Please consult the UPS Canada Customs Brokerage Rate Guide for more information on brokerage fee rates.
